Through our competent network of suppliers, processors, and recycling / compounding companies, we are able to support you with all questions related to raw material management.

This enables us to offer you a wide range of plastic semi-finished products and polymer raw materials.

Our supply program for raw materials covers all common forms:

    • Regrind,
    • Regranulates,
    • Compounds from standard grades and virgin materials

The supplied raw materials cover all processing methods:

    • Blow moulding,
    • Extrusion,
    • Injection moulding.

Additional plastics are available on request — simply contact us or use the enquiry form below. We will provide you with a suitable offer as quickly as possible.

    Additives / Masterbatch

Whenever plastics need to be modified with special additives to deliver precise functionality, we can assist you. Supplied as additive powder blends, compacted forms, or compounded into a polymer matrix. Using gravimetric dosing for solids and liquids, side feeding, and gear pumps, a wide variety of formulations can be reliably introduced into the carrier polymer.

    • UV stabilisers – increase resistance to light
    • Thermal stabilisers – protect your plastic against thermal, mechanical, and chemical influences
    • Anti-slip – roughen the surface of films
    • Anti-block – for non-stick film surfaces and to prevent die build-up
    • Lubricants – internal lubricants to improve flow behaviour
    • Mould release agents – external lubricants to reduce surface friction and optimise demoulding
    • Blowing agents – for foamed applications
    • Odour absorbers – to neutralise inherent plastic odours
    • Moisture absorbers – to reduce residual moisture without drying
    • Antistatic agents – to reduce electrical resistance
    • Adhesion promoters – improve bond strength in composites
